An authorization form is required for an alternate ID card pick-up person.

Harvard University provides its students, faculty, and staff with a Harvard identification card that affords access to numerous activities and locations on campus.

If you are a new, incoming Harvard student you should use the Harvard University's ID Card Photo Submission Application to submit your photo which will be printed on your official Harvard University ID card. 

The Campus Service Center can help identify troubleshooting ID card issues.
