About Us
The Campus Service Center provides a central location where the Harvard community can receive assistance with Parking, Harvard ID cards, HU Housing, and Notary Services. Our customer service representatives can assist you with any of the services we provide and offer guidance to help you find services we do not provide.
What We Do
Housing
- Assist prospective applicants with general information about HU Housing and alternative options.
- Provide information for landlords and affiliates regarding HU Housing’s off-campus listing site.
ID Cards
- Manage the Harvard ID Card Services program.
- Production of Harvard ID cards for all students, faculty, staff, and Harvard affiliates.
- Production of temporary ID and access cards used by University sponsored programs.
Notary
- In-person notary services for Harvard affiliates at no cost.
- Personal and business documents are accepted. Some examples include:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Deeds
- Contracts
- Affidavits
Parking
- Enroll faculty, staff, students, and affiliates applying for annual permits.
- Sell temporary parking permits.
- Process parking citations and appeals.
- Assist faculty, staff, and students who have questions about Harvard parking or their parking account.
- Assist visitors with options for parking and answer questions about the on-line daily permit website.
- Coordinate calls from customers in Harvard managed parking locations with field operations staff.
- Coordinate and schedule event parking requests.
- Process towing from Harvard managed parking locations.
