Notary Public Services

Notary in person by appointment only: 9:00 am to 11:30 am, Monday through Friday excluding University Holidays. You must schedule your appointment online in advance. We are unable to accommodate walk ins.
You must bring photocopies of documents that you are having notarized. Copy services are not available at the Campus Service Center.
We cannot notarize documents not signed in our presence.
Please note that we are not able to notarize I-9 forms.
In compliance with Massachusetts law, you are required to produce to the notary public evidence of identity in the form of a current document issued by a federal or state government. This document must contain both your photo and signature. A Harvard ID by itself is not enough, so please bring this document in addition to your Harvard ID.
