When coming in, please be prepared with:

- A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, state ID, etc.). Harvard ID alone is not sufficient to confirm identity.
- Any supporting documents required (e.g. replacement card request, housing paperwork, notarization documents).
- If using notary services: copies of the documents you wish to notarize (up to 4), and your credential with photo and signature.

### Tips for a smooth visit:

- Confirm your “preferred name” or legal name in Harvard systems (e.g. MIDAS) before requesting ID reprint for name changes or identity updates.
- Check satellite office availability, particularly if you are located near Longwood or Allston, for ID pickup or photo capture.
